This page has forms and other information specifically designed for people who are involved in Al-Anon Service.

Literature Order Form

To restock Conference Approved Al-Anon Literature (CAL) at your group meeting, order more from the District Literature Chair.   Please place your order at least one week before the District Meeting (2nd Saturday of the month).

2. Attach your completed form to an email
3. Send the email to the District LDC.

The Literature Distribution chair usually has extra copies of some items.  This system ensures that she has what your meeting needs.  She is also able to put more efficiently process the large number of items dispersed in this small amount of time before and after the District meeting.   She is grateful for your cooperation!

Group Changes, Creation and GR-1 Form

Group changes and creation can be be done using the Al‑Anon Group Records Change Form  or directly on the  internet at the World Service website.

• To  Change Group Information  including changing time, date, contact person
• To create a New Group

If you make changes online. please also send those changes to the Group Records chair!

The Group Records chair will then share the information about your meeting place and time with  the  Information Line Chairperson, the When and Where chairperson and the Web Site chairperson to advertise your meeting information within our District.

The Group Records chairperson will share Contact information with the District Representative.  This way your meeting will be “in the know” about our District.

Alternately contact the Group Records chair directly to create a meeting or make changes.   She/He will assist you for the process.

The Forum

The Forum is often called “A Meeting In Your Pocket”.  It is published monthly by World Service Organization (WSO).  To get a copy of the Forum, download the Forum Order Form.  Fill it out and send it in with the small fee.  While you are at it, order a second copy for a friend!  If you are buying it for your group, please include your group number.

It is suggested that group donations to be divided: 50% to district, 25% to NFA and 25% to World Service.

Use the addresses below for contributions.     If you are contributing on behalf of your group, please include the Group name and the Group Number on your check.  If you do not know your group number, it is easily found on the WSO meeting list website.   It is the number listed with your group under the text “Report a Problem.”
